Mounted flap wheels and flap wheels with bore

Our flap wheels are made mainly from European-made aluminium oxide and zirconia cloths; other cloths on request.

Mounted on shank

Abrasive cloth flaps bonded to a resin core and mounted on a shank for straight grinders. For deburring and finishing flat and contoured metal surfaces. Also available in non-woven or mixed versions, with alternating layers of non-woven and cloth.

With bore

A ring of flaps arranged radially around the bore, for bench polishing machines and portable electric or pneumatic satin finishers. Also available in flexible J-flex cloth, silicon carbide, non-woven or mixed versions.

Deburring Finishing Satin finishing

Cloths: aluminium oxide, zirconia, J-flex, silicon carbide

Abrasive key: A - Brown aluminium oxide, for iron and standard steels. Z - Blue zirconia, for stainless steel and alloy steels. Cer - Ceramic-enhanced aluminium oxide, for heavy-duty work on stainless steel, alloy steels and non-ferrous materials; high performance, long life.
