Kondor Lock

A highly professional solution for a wide range of applications: quick-change discs with a threaded nylon stud, compatible with the 3M Roloc system.

The stud makes mounting on and removal from the backing pad quick and prevents the disc from moving during work. Used in industry for deburring, finishing and polishing all kinds of metal surfaces.

Available in aluminium oxide, zirconia, ceramic and various types of non-woven. Female-attachment version on request; backing pads are also in the catalogue.

S.C. = surface conditioning mini discs for finishing and blending on steels, stainless steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

Key: A - Brown aluminium oxide, for iron and standard steels. Z - Zirconia, for heavy-duty work on stainless steel, alloy steels and non-ferrous materials. Cer - Enhanced ceramic abrasive with outstanding performance.

Available on request: Kondor Lock in DIAMOND cloth (hard materials and titanium alloys); Kondor Lock UNITIZED (compressed non-woven, uniform finish on metals and alloys); Kondor Lock in FELT (cleaning and polishing with a suitable polishing compound).
