Reinforced depressed centre grinding discs

Reinforced depressed centre discs (T27 shape) for grinding and rough grinding with portable grinders. Every material has its own dedicated specification, so the disc performs at its best and lasts longer.

A specification for every material

Iron and steel: from A36R, soft and fast, for light sheet metal, to A24S, hard and long-lasting for heavy-duty work.
Stainless steel: 9A30S and 9A30R, with iron- and sulphur-free certification available for the food and nuclear industries.
Cast iron: X24S for standard cast irons and X30N for metals that tend to clog.
Aluminium and non-ferrous metals: A46N.
High-performance zirconia: 0A30S and 00A24T for heavy-duty work on steels and cast irons, with long life and high stock removal.
Low noise: A24S-FG, for quieter grinding on iron and steel.
Stone and building materials: C30S, for granite, stone and marble.

Sizes

From Ø 76 × 6 × 10 mm to Ø 230 × 7 × 22 mm. The available combinations are shown in the tables below.

To cut and grind with the same disc, choose the COMBI line.

A36R: soft grade, fast cool grinding, good finish, suitable for light sheet metal. 9A24R: medium grade, fast grinding, excellent stock removal and versatility on iron and alloy steels. A30S: medium/hard grade, good stock removal and life on iron and common steels. A24S: hard grade, heavy-duty work, long life, suitable for high-frequency machines.
