Non-woven, Surface Conditioning and Super Clean

Abrasive non-woven is used for finishing and satin finishing, stripping and removing oxides and marks on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and similar materials. We make it into wheels, mounted wheels, belts, discs and hand pads.

Surface conditioning discs

Heavily impregnated non-woven on an anti-deformation scrim, with a backing for quick fitting to double-hook hook-and-loop backing pads. Fast action and a uniform finish, ideal on stainless steel. Grades by colour: Coarse (brown), Medium (red), Very Fine (light blue).

Kondor Super Clean

Three-dimensional nylon non-woven impregnated with silicon carbide. For stripping stainless steel and aluminium, removing paint, oxides and clogging materials, and achieving a pronounced satin finish. Available as discs on fibreglass backing, mounted wheels and discs with bore.

Non-woven wheels on Ø 6 shank: for light deburring and cleaning of parts, removal of oxidation and marks left by previous machining on stainless steels, standard or special steels, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, aluminium and cast iron. Mixed flap wheels (non-woven + abrasive cloth): the abrasive cloth gives greater stock removal than an all non-woven wheel.
